ELKHART LAKE, Wis., - September 8, 2020 - Vintage racers from across the U.S. will take to the track September 18-20 as Road America hosts the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association (VSCDA) Ariens Art on Wheels Weekend. The annual celebration of vintage and historic sports cars attracts over 280 cars to the famed 4-mile, 14-turn road course and the fan-friendly paddock is open to spectators for close-up views of amazing racing machines prepared to era specifications all weekend.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., - Aug. 20, 2020 - Road America is set to showcase some of the world’s top GT race teams as the World Challenge America series returns to the challenging 4.048-mile, 14-turn road course August 28-30. The series is a part of a global series racing in Europe, Asia, and America showcasing a new race format with 90-minute, double-header races featuring full-service pit stops, driver changes, and increased strategy.
Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs Race to Save the Children Spec Miata Enduro at Road America Raises $3,200 for COVID-19 Relief
ELKHART LAKE, Wis., - Aug. 5, 2020 - Road America and the Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs (MCSCC) announced today that its special Spec Miata 60-minute enduro Race to Save the Children event held on Sunday, August 2nd as part of the IMSA Sportscar weekend raised $3,200 for COVID-19 relief. The Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs accepted donations through participant registration, sold T-shirts and facemasks and $10 of every entry also went to bolster the charitable cause.

Road America announced today that Spec Miata has been added to its IMSA Sportscar weekend July 30-August 2. Due to a busy on-track schedule for the weekend, Spec Miata racers will be eligible for the pre-event test day encompassing various racecars on Thursday, July 30, and will participate in a 30-min qualifying and a 60-minute race on Sunday, August 2. The Spec Miata addition is sanctioned by the Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., - In an effort to stay aligned with the tradition of the event, while ensuring that both fans and competitors are safe during these uncertain times, Road America has decided to host its popular racecar and sports car Concours d’Elegance events on the grounds at the expansive, 640-acre outdoor facility, while encouraging everyone to comply with local guidelines; such as social distancing, hand washing or using hand sanitizer stations, and wearing cloth face coverings when social distancing is difficult to maintain.

Active First Responders Receive FREE Entry With ID
Alexander Rossi left his IndyCar Series colleagues in the Road America dust in 2019, leading a record 54 of 55 laps in the REV Group Grand Prix presented by AMR.
Rossi gained the lead on Turn 1 from pole-sitter Colton Herta and never looked back. It was the best result in four IndyCar appearances at the track for the Andretti Autosport driver, who finished 28.491 seconds ahead of runner-up Will Power.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., May 21, 2020 - The stars of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES will return to Road America for an incredible doubleheader weekend, July 9-12, as the INDYCAR REV Group Grand Prix Presented by AMR will now host two races and two LIVE broadcasts on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 – networks and times are yet to be determined. The new weekend was unveiled today as part of INDYCAR’s updated 2020 schedule announcement.
