We want to remind everyone that the meeting agenda will be limited to conducting the Election of Directors (Estimated time - 10 minutes).  

We encourage all Elkhart Lake’s Road America, Inc. Shareholders to join via remote communication as set forth below:

If you are a Class B shareholder or a proxy of a Class B shareholder, we encourage you to submit your proxy ahead of time and by mail.   For those Class B shareholders who wish to revoke their proxy or vote during the Annual Meeting, it is requested that you contact the Inspector of Election between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on April 27, 2021, by calling 920-893-5099.

Any shareholder who wishes to speak as part of the Annual Meeting should call the Inspector of Election between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on April 27, 2021, by calling 920-893-5099. 

Any Shareholder who wishes to receive a copy of the meeting minutes may contact Road America by mail. Please remember to include your address and information when sending your request and allow two weeks for the request to be processed and returned.
