Hospitality Event Assistant

The Hospitality Event Assistant position is responsible for setting up prior to an event, making sure the event flawless. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – September. Could have hours in the winter based on the event schedule.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
The Hospitality Host position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers by following detailed instructions on setup, prep, and tear down for special events. These individuals must have great customer service, attention to detail, and reliable.
Qualifications:
All candidates must be at least 16 years of age, must have the ability to work in a face-paced environment, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Flexible scheduling is needed as shift include days, weekend, and holidays.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands. The employee is subject to the inside and outside environment conditions such as cold weather or extreme heat. Also, subject to noise and fast-moving objects. Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. occasionally.
Hours:
Must be flexible to work during events. This could be Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
